Gelam Honey is a monofloral wild honey gathered from the blossoms of the Gelam tree (Melaleuca cajuputi), found along Malaysia’s coastal forests and wetlands. Darker in colour and more restrained in sweetness, Gelam honey carries a calm, grounding presence shaped by sea air, wind, and resilient coastal flora.

On the palate, it opens with gentle bitterness and woody notes, followed by layers of warm herbs, resin, and a subtle medicinal depth. The finish is long and composed, with a quiet sweetness that lingers without excess. Less floral, more contemplative, Gelam honey is often chosen for moments of balance and restoration.
