The story of Café Fleur began with an unexpected kind of sweetness — Coffee Blossom Honey. Despite its name, it carries none of the roasted coffee taste you’d expect. Instead, it’s gentle, floral, and softly caramelised, with a warmth that lingers at the edge of each bite.
Folded into rich dark chocolate, the honey becomes the quiet heart of this truffle — glowing through the darkness, mellow and tender. The result is a flavour that feels both graceful and grounded — soft at first, then deepening into smooth, dark elegance.
