Apis Lux : An Hour Walk Tualang Honey

Surrounded by wild blossoms, rainforest herbs, native fruits, aromatic tree saps, and an abundance of forest botanicals, these ancient trees provide a remarkable forage for the Giant Asian Honey Bee. Nourished by the tropical rains and shaped by the rich rainforest canopy, this honey expresses the true character of its untouched origin—complex, floral, and deeply connected to the land.

Early Bloom

Harvested between February and April, Early Bloom is generally the lightest and most delicate expression of the season.

Tasting Notes:
An elegant expression of Early Bloom Honey, offering a delicate, floral, and gently feminine flavor profile. The nose is highly fragrant, graceful, and persistent, with fresh floral notes and a soft hint of lemon citrus. On the palate, juicy medium-plus sweetness unfolds with notes of ripe plum, gentle lemon, subtle white pepper, and the fresh green essence of pepper without bitterness. The finish is juicy, clean, and lasting.
